During your internship, you will become part of the Customer Marketing team. In this team, we work at the intersection of Marketing and Sales, where we translate marketing plans into the needs of our customers and their shoppers. We always approach our challenges from the perspective of the total category. How can we help our customers grow their category using our world-famous brands. In this context, you will shadow various disciplines within our team to get a good idea of what this department entails and how we work. There is also plenty of opportunity to have contact with other departments and to share your experiences with other interns.

• Supporting the Benelux Mars Customer Marketing team in Confectionery
• Supporting shelf advice for our retail partners in both the Netherlands and Belgium (space management projects).
• Supporting external market data analysis using tooling from external parties such as NIQ and Yougov.
• Supporting the Perfect Store team in developing guidelines for the perfectly executed store.
• Responsible for logistical and administrative tasks; regarding POs etc.
• Many opportunities for personal initiative to develop yourself

• Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, proactive, and hardworking student who is eager to learn
• With strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Preferably an MSc student
• 5-7 months availability, working 4 days vs. 1 day for own research (we work in a hybrid form)
• Fluent in the Dutch language, proficient in the English language
• Affinity with MS Office, in particular PowerPoint and Excel
