Mechanical Engineering Project Leader (large-scale projects) | Bosman

As a mechanical engineering project leader at Bosman, you are responsible for the complete mechanical installations of a large-scale utility project exceeding € 20 million. You lead your team, monitoring the progress, quality, and safety of the project.

You are the connecting link between all parties involved. Whether it concerns the client, subcontractors, or your own project team, you ensure that everyone is aligned. You lead meetings regarding the execution process and, together with your fellow project leaders and your right hand, the project coordinator, you divide the work into manageable pieces. This way, everyone in the team, from engineer to works planner and modeller, knows exactly what needs to be done.

Safety is always your top priority. You see problems as opportunities to improve, and you solve them quickly and professionally without losing sight of the completion date. You know how to bring both calm and enjoyment to the team, and together with the execution project leader, you ensure flawless installations. Naturally, you record everything carefully in the correct reports. You report to the project manager and directly manage the project coordinator, engineer, works planner, and BIM modeller(s).

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.
• You have a completed education and/or solid practical experience in the world of installation technology.
• VCA-VOL (if not already in possession, this can be obtained through us).
• You naturally take the lead in planning and show sincere attention to your team.
• You communicate clearly, connectively, and purposefully.
• You believe in the power of (integral) collaboration.
