High Voltage Projects Planner

• Drafting and maintaining overall project schedules for various ongoing and future projects.
• Updating execution schedules on a weekly basis.
• Reporting on project progress on a monthly basis.
• Compiling an overarching BU schedule including required resources.
• Ensuring a consistent and standardized planning approach across all projects.
• Drafting integral project schedules based on contract data, engineering, and delivery times.
• Estimating and forecasting required hours, resources, and capacity.
• Monitoring progress and identifying deviations in a timely manner.
• Making proposals for adjustments and the prevention of bottlenecks.
• Actively gathering input from internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordination with customers, project leaders, work preparers, engineers, personnel planning, and the warehouse.
• You ensure clarity and continuity in planning processes.

• Experience with UAV-GC projects.
• Experience with high voltage projects.
• Knowledge of System Engineering (ISO 15288), NEN3140 and NEN3840.
