What we're looking for

A completed HBO or WO degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar;
Experience with financial planning, analysis, and reporting;
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude;
Proficiency in the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written;
You are available for at least 32 hours per week.

The role

What will you do?

You develop and maintain advanced solutions for budgeting, forecasting, driver-based planning, scenario, and strategic planning.
You provide clear insights via intuitive dashboards and reports.
You implement and optimize integrated financial planning processes, bringing together P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and capex into one cohesive overview.
You support financial consolidation and annual reporting in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP standards.
You help organizations meet CSRD obligations by integrating ESG reporting into management control processes.
You analyze profitability and cost structures and advise on optimizations.
You contribute to strategic HR planning, aligning workforce composition and costs with business objectives.
You support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to optimally align demand and supply.

We realize and maintain these data and BI solutions for our clients in Healthcare, Retail, Education, Industry, and Government. We work with market leaders in the field of data and BI, such as SAP, Qlik, Microsoft, and Jedox. From design to implementation, and from providing training to delivering support by our own colleagues.
