• Gross salary between € 3,425 and € 4,215 depending on work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a work-from-home allowance.

Become part of our Strategy team and work on our clients' most impactful strategic issues. You will help organizations shape their future, from mergers and acquisitions to broader growth strategies and transformations. Together with experienced teams, you will work on complex challenges, directly with senior stakeholders, and contribute to decisions that determine the course of organizations. This includes supporting integrations and carve-outs, realizing operational transformations, and advising investors on (dis)investments and value creation.

From day one, you will work directly with clients and advise at a senior level. You will analyze complex issues, develop data-driven insights, and translate these into concrete strategic recommendations. You will contribute to creating value by analyzing performance, identifying growth opportunities, and substantiating strategic choices. In doing so, you will work intensively with private equity investors and corporates across various sectors.

This role offers a steep learning curve: you will develop your analytical and problem-solving skills on projects, supported by an extensive training program and continuous coaching. You will be part of a close-knit and entrepreneurial team with an open culture and a strong focus on collaboration and feedback.
