The role

Are you commercially and technically strong? And do you get energy from freedom, responsibility, and building sustainable customer relationships?

At ProMinent, you won't get a standard sales role. You will get responsibility over your market segment and the freedom to expand it further. You advise customers on technical solutions, develop new business, and largely determine for yourself how you shape your commercial strategy. You are on the road a lot, work independently, and know that there is always a dedicated team standing behind you.

Every Friday, you come together at the office in Vleuten for the sales meeting, brainstorm with colleagues, and we close the week with a cozy Friday afternoon drink.

What you'll do

You are responsible for the growth of your market segment within Measurement & Control Technology.
You advise customers on technical solutions and build sustainable customer relationships.
You develop new business and see commercial opportunities where others do not yet see them.
You work closely with colleagues, marketing, and international product specialists.
You largely determine your own commercial approach and strategically expand your market further.
You represent ProMinent during customer visits, trade fairs, and seminars.

Requirements

You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking, preferably in the direction of HTS, Chemical Technology, or a similar technical education.
You have at least 3 years of experience within Measurement & Control Technology or a similar technical environment.
You combine technical knowledge with a commercial mindset.
You think strategically, are entrepreneurial, and work independently.
You are proficient in the Dutch and English languages.
