What you'll do

Offering after sales products/services, including installation, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Assessing and analyzing technical problems and developing effective solutions in collaboration with your service team.
Registering service activities and technical support in our system.
Providing a proactive contribution to the continuous improvement of our after sales processes and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you have:

A completed technological MBO-4 education combined with 2 years of work experience in after sales, or a completed technological HBO education.
Proficiency in the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
The drive to continuously develop yourself and invest in your technical knowledge.
Awareness of the importance of working accurately.
Enthusiasm for designing and conducting customer training on location.
Commercial skills that you deploy to increase the success of the organization.
