The role

Are you a precise logistics professional who loves creating overview and improving processes? Do you get energy from a dynamic production environment, international contacts, and schedules that are different every single day? Then this position is for you.

As a Logistics Administrator, you ensure that customer orders are well planned, processed, and followed up on from receipt to delivery. You monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and keep customers and colleagues informed. At the same time, you are given the space to look at processes critically and improve them structurally.

What you'll do

In this versatile role, you are responsible for:

Receiving, entering, and processing customer orders;
Planning orders and monitoring progress;
Coordinating with assembly regarding capacity, priorities, and delivery times;
Maintaining contact with customers regarding questions, problems, and schedules;
Processing and answering emails;
Administratively closing orders that have left the premises;
Handling and analyzing claims;
Identifying trends in claims and translating these into improvement actions;
Identifying bottlenecks during the daily start and collectively determining how these are resolved;
Initiating, developing, and implementing process improvements;
Involving and convincing colleagues during changes.

Requirements

You work in a structured and accurate manner, maintain an overview, and communicate easily with various stakeholders. Additionally, you take initiative, think ahead, and know how to bring others along in improvements.

Furthermore, you have:

HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking;
At least three years of logistics work experience within a production environment;
Experience with initiating or executing process improvements;
Experience with one or more ERP systems;
Good communication skills;
A good command of Dutch and English;
Persuasiveness and a proactive work attitude.
Affinity with technology and technical products.
