The role
The role
For our state‑of‑the‑art 1500-ton servo-hydraulic press, fully integrated into an Industry 4.0 production line, we are looking for a driven Press Automation Operator who is eager to take responsibility for one of our most advanced machines.
Your role
What you'll do
As an operator, you are responsible for the setup, changeover, and control of this production line, on which products for the latest generation of trucks are produced. You ensure that the machine runs optimally, guarantee product quality, and continuously improve the process.
Your main tasks
- Setting up, converting, and operating a servo-controlled hydraulic press line (1500T).
- Monitoring quality and process parameters
- Analyzing and resolving process disruptions, recording production data, and contributing to process optimization.
- Working safely and complying with work and safety instructions.
- Thinking along regarding improvements to tooling, machines, and the production process.
