Marketing Manager

• A salary between €5,500 and €6,500 gross per month, based on your knowledge and experience

What will you do?

As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the marketing policy of both VDL Jansen and VDL Agrotech. A solid foundation exists with clear objectives, budgets, and a committed marketing team. You will ensure the next step is taken.

The core of this role lies not only in marketing, but primarily in managing, coaching, and further developing the team. You create overview, set priorities, and ensure that employees can be successful in their roles. At the same time, you act as a sparring partner for management, sales, and product management, translating commercial objectives into a clear marketing approach. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing, coaching, and developing a team of three marketing colleagues
• Determining priorities, objectives, and annual plans
• Further developing and executing the marketing strategy for VDL Jansen and VDL Agrotech
• Strengthening our brand position domestically and abroad
• Monitoring budgets, results, and KPIs
• Initiating and optimizing online and offline marketing activities
• Strengthening the collaboration between marketing, sales, product management, and management
• Analyzing results and translating insights into concrete improvements
