What will you do?

As a Lasser Duplex Frames, you are indispensable in the construction of complex high-tech frames for, for example, chip machines. You will work fully certified and with the latest welding techniques on various materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and duplex. In our modern sheet metal workshop at the XL Businesspark in Almelo, you will work with the latest press brakes, MIG/MAG equipment, TIG equipment, fixed welding setups, manipulators, and a cobot.

• Assembling and welding duplex sheet metal parts based on drawings and workshop instructions
• Performing highly precise welding work with high quality requirements
• Straightening and checking dimensions during the welding process
• Working within lean production setups and with new products (NPI)
• Welding where every weld is inspected by our customer
• Following additional duplex welding training and certifications (provided by VDL ETG Almelo)

You will join an independent working team of 7 welders, some of whom have been working at VDL ETG Almelo for many years. The atmosphere is open, collegial, and down-to-earth: we strive together for the best result, but there is certainly room for a joke and a chat in between.

During breaks, you can eat with colleagues in our excellent canteen with its own catering or take a walk.
