Your role:

Before we automate the production of bicycle frames, several prototypes must be created. This is where your craftsmanship comes into play. From drawing, you will create the prototypes and contribute ideas for further improvements.

It also occurs that products from the production line do not meet our high standards. Some are repairable. You will assess whether it is worthwhile to carry out these repairs and restore the product so that it does meet the requirements.

Your duties include, among others:

• Making connections by means of MIG and TIG welding, based on drawings and/or work instructions;
• Performing corrections and repairs;
• Determining the material, welding tools, and welding method to be used;
• Assessing the welded assembly;
• Observing safety, environmental, and quality standards.

You are a hard worker with an eye for detail. You understand that you are a link in our entire process and that no link can function without the others. Especially with bicycle frames, high quality is important, and you pay attention to that with every single frame.
