The Metal department forms the backbone of our luxury newbuild and Refit yachts. In the Metal department, we build upon the foundation. Your workplace? You will join a professional team of approximately 30 colleagues, supplemented by a flexible shell where necessary, who combine passion and precision daily. From drawing to final product - you are responsible for the complete process. The department consists of four disciplines: steel, aluminium hull/section building, doors & hatches, and metal-E (cable trays). This vacancy concerns the Aluminium section building discipline.

No two days are the same! You read drawings from the design office, construct aluminium parts with precision, and bring them to life through skilled welding work. Whether you are at the workbench or working aboard an imposing yacht - your hands and expertise make the difference. You work independently, plan your own activities, and see the final result of your craftsmanship grow.

Are you our new Hull / Section Builder? We are looking for someone who is proud of their craft - whether you already have years of experience or are still fully growing. Experience is a plus, but talent and drive count just as much with us. Naturally, you speak the Dutch language and are someone who:

• Has experience as an Aluminium hull / section builder, preferably in yachting, shipbuilding, or at a supplier;
• Can effortlessly read, assess, and translate drawings into practice;
• Has welding experience with steel (Mig/Mag) or you can obtain your certificates at our vocational school!
• Is a true craftsman with an eye for detail and quality;
• Works independently and has your planning in order;
• Likes to collaborate with colleagues from other disciplines.
