What you will do

As an Integrated Project Leader for the Space & Defense customer group, you are the linchpin in the realization of complex, high-tech systems that must perform under extreme conditions. You lead multidisciplinary teams working on technologies for satellite systems, aerospace applications, sensors, radar solutions, or defense-related platforms.

You combine technical depth with strategic insight and know how to effectively connect stakeholders from engineering, production, supply chain, security, and customer organizations. You ensure that projects meet strict quality, safety, and compliance requirements, while simultaneously monitoring innovation and progress.

Towards the customer, you ensure that you have an up-to-date view of the customer's wishes regarding the program. You inventory questions and ensure the correct focus and follow-up within our organization. Through your natural interest and involvement, you know what is happening with your customer and what this means for your program/projects in the short, medium, and long term. You do not shy away from commercial challenges and, in consultation with the account manager, you work on expanding activities for that specific program.

The activities consist of:

• Setting up and leading multidisciplinary project teams within a high-tech environment focused on space and defense applications
• Translating customer needs and system requirements into concrete project plans, deliverables, and (technical) milestones
• Monitoring planning, budget, risks, and dependencies within complex development trajectories
• Further developing the business, whereby you recognize opportunities at the customer and ensure these receive follow-up within the organization
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines
• Stakeholder management towards customers, suppliers, partners, and management
• Reporting on progress, risks, and decision-making at a tactical and strategic level
