Project Manager NPI
If you're passionate about leading complex projects from early concept definition all the way through industrialization and series production-ensuring cross functional teams have the clarity, structure, and resources they need to perform at their best-then we invite you to join us. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind bringing innovative ideas to life: aligning stakeholders, managing timelines and risks, and safeguarding quality at every milestone. This end-to-end approach ensures long product lifecycles, seamless interoperability across all components, and perfect integration into our customers' systems. By maintaining complete control over every step of the process, we guarantee reliability, performance, and the ability to tailor solutions to the most demanding applications.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams- hardware, software, manufacturing, quality, industrialization, and planning-to drive alignment and ensure smooth progression through every NPI phase
Analyze project requirements in depth to build a precise understanding of the technical objectives, customer expectations, and deliverables needed for a successful product launch.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipating obstacles early and developing robust mitigation strategies to secure project timelines and product quality
Allocate resources intelligently, balancing priorities and capacities to maximize efficiency and ensure all project milestones are met
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, customers, and suppliers, ensuring issues, dependencies, and solutions are understood and addressed without delay
You lead multidisciplinary projects that span hardware, software, and system design, driving them from concept to successful release. You take full ownership of planning, execution, and delivery-ensuring alignment between internal teams, external partners, and customer expectations at every step. Positioned at the crossroads of engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing, you orchestrate a seamless transition from prototype to full-scale production.
