As a Project Manager, you work together with a fixed team to complete projects within high voltage. These involve new construction, conversion, and renovation projects. Due to your extensive experience within high voltage, nothing is unknown to you. The projects are located primarily in the Northern Netherlands. Your team consists of true experts who have been working with us for years. You are responsible for assembling and managing the project team. This includes permanent employees, agency staff, and the subcontractors with whom collaboration occurs during the project. You motivate the teams and are involved in the (personal) development of your employees. Progress, execution, quality control, and the budget fall under your ultimate responsibility. You chair various meetings regarding these matters, both internally and externally with the client. Finally, safety comes first. You play a key role in safe working on site.
