As a Supervisor, you have a coordinating role. You have professional knowledge and are good at directing and coaching colleagues.

Furthermore, your duties consist of:

• Leading on-site and contributing to the daily execution of projects within the Major Projects Business Unit.
• Coordinating the installation and maintenance of E/I (Electrical/Instrumentation) installations.
• Organizing, arranging, and distributing work, and monitoring progress.
• Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining progress and project files, time registration, and managing delivery notes and certificates.
• Assessing safety situations and checking whether work is being carried out according to procedures and regulations.
