Ready to challenge yourself?

As a CNC Miller in 5-axis machining centers, you are one of our skilled specialists. You will work in our machining hall with an extensive, modern machine park in which significant investments are being made. You are responsible for delivering large products used as bus sidewalls; materials you will work with include carbon-glass fiber reinforced plastics and high-quality foams in large series and various shapes. The control system you will use is Fanuc and/or Siemens.

• conducting work meetings with the plant manager/team leader and/or foreman for a clear work process and good planning;
• determining the machining sequence, clamping, choosing the correct milling cutters, retrieving the program, and setting up the machine based on drawings and work instructions. If applicable;
• finishing products (deburring) and inspecting the products manufactured by you or colleagues using the correct measuring tools;
• identifying deviations and correcting them with the help of and in consultation with your colleagues;
• ensuring quality by proposing improvements.
