Business Development Manager in Eindhoven

• A salary depending on knowledge and experience between € 3,950 and € 5,122 gross per month;

The role

As a Business Development Manager, you are responsible for achieving sustainable commercial growth. You focus on finding clients that match the expertise and ambitions of VDL TBP Electronics and building long-term partnerships. In this role, you are the connecting link between the market and our organization. You understand customer challenges, identify commercial opportunities, and know how to convert these into concrete projects together with colleagues within VDL TBP Electronics. You follow market developments closely, maintain contact with existing and potential customers, and identify new application areas for our knowledge and production capabilities. In doing so, you work closely with colleagues from sales, engineering, project management, and operations. Your duties include, among others:

• Identifying new market and business opportunities within relevant market segments;
• Building sustainable relationships with existing and potential customers;
• Initiating and guiding new commercial trajectories;
• Identifying market developments, customer needs, and competitor activities;
• Developing and executing commercial growth plans;
• Setting up strategic collaborations and partnerships;
• Translating technical capabilities into customer-oriented solutions.

Your location is Eindhoven. Additionally, you are willing to visit our location in Dirksland an average of once per week.

You have a sense for technology, understand how customer relationships are built, and know how to convert opportunities into concrete results at the right moment.
