VMBO/MBO education in a technical field or comparable work and thinking level.
Good technical insight, being hands-on, and a sense for assembly and precision work.
Accurate, quality-conscious, and an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently, but also a team player.
Flexible, solution-oriented, and willing to work overtime if necessary.
You will be working in day shifts.
Proficiency in the Dutch or English language.
Motivated to deliver a high level of quality.

The role

As a Wheel Hub Assembly and Repair Technician for the Truck Industry, you are responsible for the manual assembly of wheel hubs and the assessment, repair, and overhaul of wheel hubs originating from the automated assembly line. You contribute to a high-quality end product through precise assembly, quality control, and the reuse of valuable parts where possible.

What you'll do

In addition, your duties consist of:

Assembling wheel hubs and mounting components such as brake discs, wheel bolts, and bearings.
Inspecting and checking products for quality and functionality.
Assessing wheel hubs originating from the automated assembly line.
Performing repair and finishing work where necessary.
Selecting usable parts for reuse and registering the work performed.
Working according to quality, safety, and environmental regulations and contributing to process improvements.
