DutchTecSource (DTS) has been developing and building innovative machines for the food processing industry for more than 25 years. From our workshop in Beusichem, we realize custom solutions that are deployed worldwide. From raw stainless steel material to a fully operational machine: at DTS, we build installations completely in-house from start to finish.

There is a high probability that products you encounter daily in the supermarket have been processed using our machines. Because of this, DTS has had an established name in the international food processing industry for years.

As an Assembly Fitter, you work in the heart of DTS: the Assembly Workshop. This is where the real work happens: where all parts, components, and systems come together to be made into one perfectly functioning whole.

Here, you do not build loose pieces, but complete processing lines. Drives, mechanical parts, frames: everything must be exactly in its place and work together perfectly. This is the most precise and decisive phase of the production process.

Together with your team, you assemble parts, check that everything runs smoothly, and ensure that every machine is ready for the world. After assembly, you bring the machine to the final testing round and preparation for delivery. You are co-responsible for quality that our customers can rely on.

• Assembling all parts, components, and systems into complete processing lines

• Accurately mounting drives, frames, and mechanical parts

• Working according to technical drawings - precise to the millimeter

• Welding of stainless steel parts using the TIG technique

• Checking that everything fits and functions perfectly

• Preparing machines for quality testing and delivery

• Working in a team on unique projects

• Ensuring craftsmanship and quality at all times

You are someone who:

• Have mechanical experience in, for example, mechanical engineering, assembly, or metalworking

• Knowledge of MIG/MAG and TIG welding techniques and metalworking;

• Have technical insight and enjoy solving problems

• Have a true hands-on mentality

• Can work independently but can also lead a team

• Are flexible and willing to travel occasionally

• Experience with stainless steel constructions and welding (plus)

• Good command of Dutch and English
