For our Short Term Projects (KLP) department in Breda, we are looking for a Work Preparer W. In this role, you will work closely with the project leader and act as an important link in realizing our projects. You ensure that everything runs smoothly: from planning and work preparation to communication with clients.

• Setting up and maintaining material planning and project folders;

• Preparing (pre-)calculations and draft quotes;

• Preparing order lists and monitoring delivery times (in consultation with logistics);

• Weekly signal list for the Project Leader;

• Registering and coordinating extra/reduced work;

• Organizing intermediate and final inspections and performing necessary measurements;

• Handling customer questions/complaints in consultation with the Project Leader;

• Ensuring correct HSE documentation and working according to applicable standards (STABU, UNETO‑VNI).
