Mechanical Drafter/Modeler

Do you enjoy working out technical installations in great detail and do you get energy from varied projects? For our branch in Zwolle, we are looking for a Mechanical Drafter/Modeler who enjoys working on diverse projects within renovation, maintenance, villa construction, and small-scale utility. Not standard work, but projects where your technical insight truly makes the difference.

As a Mechanical Drafter/Modeler, you ensure that mechanical installations are technically well-prepared and worked out. You will be busy creating installation technical drawings and supporting colleagues within project management and execution.

You work closely with engineers, work preparers, and project managers to ensure projects run smoothly.

• Working out mechanical installation technical drawings;

• Modeling mechanical installations in Revit;

• Working with Stabiplan for Revit;

• Creating and adjusting design and working drawings;

• Supporting technical calculations and engineering;

• Providing technical support to project management and execution;

• Working on projects within Utility, Villa construction, apartment complexes, and ground-bound housing
