HR Advisor (24 - 32 hours)

That is why we are looking for an enthusiastic and independent HR Advisor (24 - 32 hours) who gets energy from further developing and professionalizing HR within Lotec.

In this versatile HR role, you will receive plenty of space and responsibility to further shape and implement HR policy. You switch effortlessly between advisory and practical work: one day you advise management on strategic workforce planning, and the next day you conduct interviews with employees, guide an absenteeism process, or work on improving HR processes.

You are visibly present within the organization, know what is happening, and are an accessible point of contact for both employees and managers. Thanks to your practical attitude, involvement, and connecting approach, you contribute to a pleasant working environment in which employees can develop and function optimally.

• You translate the organization's objectives into concrete HR activities and make an active contribution to the further development of the HR policy.

• You advise management and supervisors on various HR issues, such as recruitment and selection, performance, development, absenteeism, and employment conditions.

• You support managers during application, performance, appraisal, absenteeism, and development interviews and ensure these are correctly recorded.

• You are the first point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions.

• You guide the recruitment and selection process and ensure a warm and professional onboarding process for new colleagues.

• You guide absenteeism processes and coordinate all activities arising from the Gatekeeper Improvement Act (Wet verbetering poortwachter).

• You identify opportunities for improvement within HR processes and contribute to efficient and professional HR support.
