Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Advising managers and employees on diverse HR issues.
• Translating HR policy into daily practice.
• Implementing and further developing HR processes and HR projects.
• Performance, talent, and succession management.
• Absence management and sustainable employability.
• Recruitment and employer branding in collaboration with the recruitment team.
• Organizing and supporting training and development programs.
• Analyzing HR data and management reports.
• Collaborating with colleagues within the Benelux and EMEA to continuously further professionalize HR.

As HR Advisor, you are the connecting link between our HR strategy and daily practice.

You work closely with the HR Manager, HR Officer, Payroll Specialist, and managers within the Benelux. You advise, support, and challenge where necessary. From talent development and performance management to recruitment and organizational development: you ensure that HR contributes visibly to the success of our organization. Because you are responsible for HR issues in both the Netherlands and Belgium, you know your way around Belgian labor law and regulations and can advise managers and employees about this independently and practically. Our offices are in Brussels and Dordrecht.

You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys taking ownership.

You combine a people-oriented approach with a pragmatic attitude and know when to advise, coach, or take decisive action. You are organizationally sensitive, communicate strongly, and get energy from working in a dynamic international environment.
