HR Advisor Retail & Warehouse

As an HR Advisor Retail & Warehouse, you are the HR sparring partner for our Area Managers and Store Managers of our boutiques and our Team Leaders in the Warehouse. You are close to the operation, know what is happening, and support managers with operational and tactical HR issues.

You independently advise on topics such as performance, behavior, collaboration, conflicts, labor law, and inflow, throughput, and outflow. In doing so, you are practical and clear, but you always keep an eye on both the employee and the organization. You help managers to conduct good conversations, make choices, and take their responsibility as a manager. You do not take the issue over from them, but ensure that they constantly become stronger in their role as a leader.

Because you have a lot of contact with the organization, you quickly see where things are going well and where attention is needed. You identify recurring themes regarding turnover, performance, staffing, and employability. You discuss these signals with the HR Business Partner Retail & Warehouse and, together, translate them into concrete actions or improvements.

You help managers to conduct good conversations and make decisions themselves, without taking the problem or ownership away from them. Because you are close to the organization, you recognize patterns in, for example, turnover, performance, and staffing. You use these insights to propose improvements and help further optimize our HR processes and ways of working.

HR within My Jewellery is fully in development. We invest in leadership, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning. In this role, you make a concrete contribution to translating these ambitions into the daily practice of our boutiques and the warehouse.

• You independently advise managers and employees on various HR issues, including performance, behavior, conflicts, and labor law;

• You guide performance reviews, improvement trajectories, and more complex inflow, throughput, and outflow issues;

• You coach managers on people issues and help them to make careful decisions themselves;

• You identify bottlenecks regarding staffing, quality, and employability, provide input for workforce planning, and proactively bring these to attention;

• Based on your knowledge of the operation, you provide input for workforce planning and other HR improvements;

• You recognize trends in, among other things, turnover and performance and, together with the HR Business Partner, translate these into concrete action points;

• You work closely with the HR Business Partner, Absence & Employability Specialist, HR Operations, Recruitment, and management.
