The role

Helping people grow is what you dedicate yourself to every single day. As an HR Business Partner at Humankind Kinderopvang & Ontwikkeling, you are a committed and expert sparring partner for your regional director and managers. You advise on diverse personnel and organizational issues and contribute to a work environment in which colleagues feel seen, heard, and valued. In this way, behind the scenes and together with your colleagues, you make the difference for our employees and ultimately for the children we dedicate ourselves to every day.

What you'll do

In this independent role, you are a sparring partner for your regional director and the management in Holland-Zuid. You are closely involved in personnel challenges such as reducing absenteeism, increasing employability, and retaining employees. You advise and support managers regarding, among other things, performance, employment conditions, absenteeism, personnel planning, and teamwork.

With your fresh perspective, you listen well, ask probing questions, and translate issues into an appropriate approach. You advise, coach, and support, and through your expertise, you contribute to the development of the region. You can also contribute to national projects in the field of People & Development. That is why we internally call this position People and Development Advisor.

HBO level of work and thought and at least 3-5 years of experience as an all-round HR advisor.
You work independently, take responsibility, and actively seek connection.
You are connecting, persuasive, and strong in advisory skills.
You think analytically and conceptually, ask the right questions, and can prioritize well.
You are proactive and see opportunities to improve processes and results.
You love the big picture, but do not lose sight of the details.
You have a positive mindset and are passionate about our mission.
You live in the vicinity of Zuid-Holland and enjoy traveling within your region. A car is required.
