Strategic Management | Eindhoven | 32 - 40 hours | Hybrid | € 6500 gross p/m

Together with your colleagues, you are the financial conscience of vb&t. You support the organization with analyses and advice, but primarily have an important role in looking ahead. You translate financial information into concrete insights and help our MTs and group management to make well-founded choices. Your responsibilities include:

• Analysis & forecasting: You analyze financial and operational results, prepare forecasts, and identify trends and deviations.

• Advice & business partnering: You discuss results with management and act as a critical and constructive interlocutor.

• Planning & control: You contribute to budgets, reports, and periodic management information.

• Steering on performance: You develop KPIs, dashboards, and insights that allow teams and management to steer with purpose.

• Improvement & automation: You continuously look at where reports, processes, and systems can be smarter, faster, or better.

You are an experienced financial professional who quickly gets to the core of an issue. Analytically strong, critical, and curious, but primarily focused on what you can do with those insights. You form a well-founded opinion, dare to express it, and know how to bring others along with your advice.

You don't need to have all the answers immediately. However, you ask the right questions, dig until you understand what is truly going on, and make complex financial information understandable for the business. In this way, you translate figures into concrete advice and better decision-making.

• A market-conform starting salary max. 6500,= depending on the knowledge and experience you bring;

• Collective pension scheme with an individual contribution of 4.5% of the pension base;
