Do you get excited by a versatile hub function within real estate, where as a director you optimally deploy your organizational talent and are independently responsible for your own portfolio? Then respond immediately!

As a VvE Manager, will you enjoy the freedom to plan your own work and help build towards the optimization of our services? You are the fixed point of contact for your VvE boards and responsible for your own portfolio in the Breda region. Meetings take place mainly during the day and partly online. You can also count on digital support when drafting minutes. Many first-line questions and requests are intercepted for you by our Customer Contact Center, so you can focus on true relationship management.

You maintain an overview, bring structure, and ensure that decisions are actually implemented. You communicate daily with boards, residents, suppliers, and colleagues and know exactly what is happening within your VvEs. From preparing meetings and answering questions to monitoring action points, financial overviews, and maintenance: you are the one in control.

That is exactly what makes this position so interesting. You are working substantively with real estate, work independently, and have a lot of influence over how you organize your work. Your activities are varied and touch all aspects of VvE management.

Your most important responsibilities are as follows:

• Attending and/or chairing meetings;

• Executing the action points of the Meeting of Owners;

• Preparing and (coordinating) planned maintenance, monitoring and following up on reports, and handling malfunctions and damages in coordination with the relevant Technical Manager;

• Preparing budgets, checking the annual accounts, and the timely assessment and approval of invoices for the associations;

• Proactively thinking along regarding process improvement.

Experience is not a requirement for this position, knowledge of VvEs is nice but you can learn that too. We are looking for a colleague who can arrange and organize, and can switch gears easily, even when a day runs differently than hoped. It is important that as a VvE manager you stand firm in your shoes, are a dignified conversation partner, and are not afraid to speak in front of a group.
