Junior Consultant | Fire Safety Inspector | 32-40 hours per week | Eindhoven Region | Hybrid
Have you just graduated in civil engineering, safety science, or another technical field and are you looking for a challenging advisory role in construction and real estate? Then we are looking for you!
As a junior consultant / fire safety inspector, you will work together with experienced colleagues on challenging fire safety issues in the real estate world. You will learn the trade in practice and will be given plenty of room to develop yourself. With your fresh perspective and practical solutions, you will contribute to safe buildings for our clients.
What will you do?
As a junior consultant, you will be prepared step by step for a role as a structural advisor. With good guidance, training, and experience in the field, you will develop yourself within the field of fire safety.
You will lay the foundation by performing inspections on location. After careful preparation, you will inspect a building and advise on legal obligations and potential risks. You will process your findings into a clear inspection report, always seeking a practical and appropriate solution for the client.
Performing inspections of buildings and making recommendations in the field of fire safety;
Substantively developing inspection and advisory reports;
Consulting with various parties, such as building owners, project developers, municipalities, and safety regions;
Providing objective advice to clients from your field of expertise;
Collaborating with fellow fire safety advisors.
Who are you?
You are a committed, enthusiastic go-getter with strong communication and collaboration skills. You are eager to learn and driven to lay a solid foundation for a career in fire safety.
Furthermore, you have:
A HBO or WO degree in a technical field, such as civil engineering or safety science;
Relevant knowledge of buildings and fire safety, or a willingness to acquire this through the fire prevention expert training;
A Fire Prevention Expert 1 diploma is a plus;
Driver's license B.
