As a Climate Technology Project Leader at AA Installatie Groep, you are responsible for guiding and realizing diverse projects within climate technology. You manage medium-sized utility projects from design to completion and serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

As a Climate Technology Project Leader, you are responsible for coordinating and guiding medium-sized utility projects within the Numansdorp, South Holland, and Randstad region.

• Managing and guiding projects from design and preparation to completion

• Preparing calculations and technical designs

• Monitoring planning, quality, budget, and progress

• Maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Coordinating technicians, work preparation, and other internal and external parties involved

• Collaborating in construction teams with room for your own input

• Identifying additional work, reduction work, and commercial opportunities

• Ensuring a safe and efficient execution of activities

• MBO or HBO work and thinking level towards installation technology

• Broad professional knowledge of climate and mechanical engineering installations

• At least five years of experience in a similar role

• Experience with project responsibility or leadership

• An independent, stress-resistant, and customer-oriented attitude

• Good communication skills

• Driving license B
