As a Senior HR Advisor & Business Developer, your focus lies not only on independently tackling complex HR issues, but also on generating assignments for the team and further expanding our position in the Breda/Rotterdam region. You are a solid, substantive sparring partner for clients and colleagues. Additionally, you actively bring in new opportunities and know how to translate these into concrete assignments for the team. You get colleagues moving, distribute work in a smart way, and thus contribute directly to the further growth of the practice. We have already strongly pursued that growth in recent years: where we were still with four colleagues three years ago, we now work with a team of eleven professionals. With you as a new colleague, we want to continue that development.

A glimpse of your tasks:

• You actively generate new assignments and know how to identify commercial opportunities and convert them into concrete activities for the team;

• You further expand existing client relationships and develop new relationships, with specific attention to growth in the Rotterdam region;

• You independently tackle complex HR issues and advise clients at a senior level;

• You get colleagues to work by distributing assignments well, collaborating, and guiding them in their development;

• You are a subject matter expert for colleagues and contribute to further strengthening knowledge and quality within the team;

• You think along about the further development and positioning of the HR services, so that we can continue to grow as a team.

You possess decisiveness and analytical ability. You are communicative, proactive, customer-oriented, and creative. You take the lead when the situation calls for it and you find it no problem to give people feedback. You can maintain a positive attitude, even in challenging situations.

Furthermore, we ask:

• You have a completed HBO or WO degree in the direction of HR or Organizational Studies;

• You have knowledge of current HR themes;

• You have at least 8 years of experience as an HR Advisor/Specialist within consultancy.
