Smart Repair Technician in the Netherlands

No experience in car damage, but handy, technically minded, and always wanted to learn how to repair small damages to cars? Then we will teach you the trade!

At Van Mossel Autoschade, we are looking for new colleagues who want to develop into Smart Repair Employeer. You don't need to have any experience in the automotive damage repair industry for this. What we find most important is that you enjoy working with your hands, have an eye for detail, and are motivated to learn something new.

As a Smart Repair Technician, you will learn step by step how to professionally repair small damages to cars. Think, for example, of scratches, small dents, and damage to bumpers or other parts.

Together with experienced colleagues, you will look at what is needed to get a car neatly back on the road. During the work, you will learn more and more techniques and will be given the space to develop yourself.

Ultimately, we will train you to become a fully qualified colleague within our workshop.

Your responsibilities include

• Preparing cars and parts for repair;

• Repairing small damages, scratches, and imperfections;

• Disassembling and assembling parts;

• Performing various Smart Repair techniques;

• Checking your own work;

• Collaborating with experienced damage repairers and other colleagues in the workshop.

For this position, you do not need to have experience in the car damage industry. We find it especially important that you are motivated, enjoy working with your hands, and are willing to learn a new trade.

Perhaps you enjoy working on cars in your spare time. Or perhaps car damage repair simply seems like a beautiful trade to learn.
