What you'll do

As a service advisor at Toyota Amsterdam Zuidoost, you are the connecting link between our customers and the workshop. You welcome customers with a smile, listen to their wishes, and ensure they know exactly what to expect. From scheduling maintenance and repairs to providing updates on progress: you keep everything on track. Together with your colleagues in the workshop, you ensure efficient service, clear communication, and an optimal customer experience. Thanks to your involvement and service-oriented approach, customers leave our location with a satisfied feeling and the confidence that their Toyota is in good hands.

What do we ask of you?

With your hospitality and customer focus, you make this role a success and score high on customer satisfaction. You are solution-oriented and can think along with the customer. Additionally:

you have gained experience in a service advisor role within the automotive industry;
you are stress-resistant and clear in your communication.
