As a Service Advisor, you will be working within our Ford branch in Terneuzen. Within your role, you are the first point of contact for our customers who need service and maintenance for their vehicles. With your administrative skills, you know how to process everything that happens in the workshop. You are responsible for scheduling appointments, receiving and speaking with customers, and of course, advising on the best possible solutions. Additionally, you coordinate the activities in the workshop and ensure that everything proceeds according to plan.

In addition, you will be involved in:

• Creating work orders;

• Administrative processing of the work performed on the car;

• Scheduling the work for colleagues in the workshop;

• Handling customer questions and complaints;

• Discussing invoices and providing explanations to the customer regarding the work performed.

Because you are organizationally and communicatively strong, you know how to maintain a good overview, even when it suddenly becomes very busy at the desk. You love being in contact with customers and taking the worry away from them. Together with your service advisor colleagues, you go that extra mile to help customers back on the road even better.
