Sales Advisor in the Netherlands

At Nefkens Baarn, you will get the space to utilize your commercial talent. You sell new and used cars, build customer relationships, and ensure that interested parties actually become customers. No sales pitches for the sake of selling, but good advice, following through on agreements, and achieving results.

You deal daily with customers, cars, and sales results. One customer knows exactly what they are looking for. Another wants to compare different models or is still doubting the switch to electric driving. You know how to respond effectively to these situations.

• Advising customers: you map out wishes and budgets and translate them into a suitable new or used car;
• Following up on leads: you contact interested parties, schedule appointments, and ensure that no serious sales opportunity is missed;
• Test drives and quotes: you let customers experience what a car has to offer and work out a suitable proposal;
• Selling and negotiating: you discuss the possibilities, handle objections, and work towards an order;
• Monitoring your results: you keep an eye on your sales objectives and look at where you are missing opportunities or where you can capitalize on them;
• Maintaining your customer relationships: you follow up on agreements and ensure that customers look back with a good feeling even after their purchase.

You work together with your sales colleagues and other departments at the location. This ensures that a customer is not only well-assisted during the purchase, but also knows where to go for maintenance and service.

You enjoy convincing people, but you know that good selling begins with listening. You ask questions, think along, and dare to ask follow-up questions if a customer is hesitant. You get energy from a sale that comes through, but you also look at the relationship you build with the customer.

You have a commercial mindset and take initiative. You do not wait for a customer to call back, but pick up the phone and follow up on your agreements. You maintain an overview of your leads and quotes and know that a good sale often lies in the follow-up.

Additionally, you enjoy working together, are open to feedback, and want to continue improving yourself. You can handle commercial objectives and remain customer-oriented, even when it is busy.
