As a Parts Pro Employee, you are responsible for the technically correct processing of all incoming parts requests. These requests primarily originate from collision repair companies and large (business) customers such as universal garage companies, where time pressure and accuracy play a crucial role.

You analyze requests based on vehicle data, VIN numbers, exploded view drawings, and parts catalogs. You then select the correct parts, monitor availability, and ensure correct and timely handling. Picking up requests at the right pace and identifying parts without errors is essential here to prevent downtime in collision repair processes.

Additionally, you act as a technical point of contact for colleagues and customers and actively contribute to an efficient and manageable Parts Pro process.

• Processing and technically assessing parts requests;

• Identifying parts using VIN numbers, vehicle data, and parts systems;

• Selecting correct parts for collision repair and/or universal garage companies (OEM);

• Monitoring delivery times, availability, and order statuses;

• Coordinating with collision repair companies, suppliers, and internal departments;

• Managing and optimizing parts inventory;

• Identifying bottlenecks and thinking along regarding process improvements;

• Ensuring correct administrative processing in the systems used.

You have technical insight, work in a structured manner, and understand the importance of both speed and precision within the parts process. You feel comfortable in an environment where multiple requests are running simultaneously and know how to distinguish between essential and non-essential matters.

In addition, you possess:

• Affinity with automotive technology and parts;

• Demonstrable experience within the automotive sector;

• An accurate and solution-oriented working attitude;

• Good communication skills towards customers and colleagues;

• Full-time availability;

• Minimum 2 years of driving license B.
