Pool Management & Car Sharing Employee I

At Ayvens in the Netherlands, more than 1000 colleagues work with great passion and enjoyment. This also applies to the Poolcar Management & Carsharing team. Within Poolcar Management, we relieve customers by minimizing downtime and redeploying surplus lease cars. We do this by ensuring they are clean and in excellent condition. To realize a smooth handover, we work with a number of different external parties. The independent inspection reports for the various services we provide are handled by the team. The team is also responsible for the operational execution of the Downtime Regulation.

Within Car Sharing, we provide a safe, professional shared car without the hassle. With this product, our customers' employees can make business trips in a sustainable and representative manner. The customer does not have to worry about cleaning, maintenance, repairs, damage repair, or tire changes. To realize this, the team provides (telephone) support for shared car users, location managers, and our regular suppliers. Additionally, the team also guides the entire implementation process; customer presentation, planning regarding the installation of hardware, scheduling wash cycles, setting up the fixed parking space, granting access to the portal, etc.

As a Poolcar Management & Car Sharing Employee I, you will work together with the team to ensure that various tasks are carried out correctly, completely, and on time, and together you will ensure that service KPIs are achieved. You are flexible and are able to process all different tasks such as telephone, email, and (mobility) requests, but also, for example, invoices, accurately and completely. You are careful and always look one step ahead. You listen well to the (customer) need. You strive to perform your work well both qualitatively and quantitatively. You are eager to learn and are open to learning other tasks. You also proactively signal possible process disruptions or work backlogs and contribute to the solution or help in setting priorities.

All this means that these are your primary tasks and responsibilities as a Poolcar & Car Sharing Employee I:

• Daily processing of the workload;

• Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls;

• Processing incoming and outgoing emails;

• Processing requests;

• Handling and processing incoming and outgoing invoices;

• Handling complaints in accordance with the protocol;

• Providing input for the correct work instructions.
