What will you be doing?
For our Van Mossel MG branch in Breda, we are looking for a Working Foreman. In this role, in consultation with the service advisors, you will manage the workshop and jump in where necessary. In the workshop, work is primarily carried out with the MG brand. Due to the premium service we offer our customers, cars from other brands also come into our workshop. You are responsible for the planning and the distribution of tasks within the team. When necessary, you jump in and roll up your sleeves. You guide and motivate colleagues in the workshop and ensure a safe working environment.

• Leading the team in the workshop;

• Ultimately responsible for the quality of the work performed;

• Advising on improving quality and efficiency;

• Communication with the importer regarding technical matters.

What will your tasks and responsibilities include, among other things?

Who are you?
Of course, it is nice if you already have experience as a working foreman within the automotive sector, but if that is not the case and you are a technical specialist in the field of car maintenance and repairs, we can teach you the leadership aspects. The most important thing for us is that you possess technical knowledge and are a true people person. Through your enthusiasm and involvement, you can motivate a team and guide individual employees in their development. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
