Backoffice employee in the Netherlands

Do you have experience as a back office employee and do you enjoy working in the Automotive sector? We are looking for a full-time colleague to strengthen our team. Do you like taking on a challenge? Then we are looking for you!

What will you be doing?
As a back office employee, you will handle the invoicing for the workshop at our Van Mossel Volkswagen location in Waalwijk for the brands Audi, Volkswagen, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, Seat, Skoda, Cupra, and MG, and you will be responsible for the processing of administrative tasks focused on aftersales. Together with a team of enthusiastic colleagues, you will support various locations. In this role, you will provide advice regarding warranty claims and monitor the progress and settlement of all ongoing requests. Furthermore, you can think of the following activities:

• Preparing invoices and quotes;

• Processing ROB (lease) requests;

• Preparing warranty claims and goodwill requests;

• Processing repair and maintenance work.

Who are we looking for?
You have gained experience in a similar position or in the role of service advisor. Because of this, you already have some knowledge of automotive technology and automated data processing. But even if you do not have experience yet, you are free to apply. We will ensure that you learn the ropes of the trade and that you can further develop yourself within the Automotive industry! Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following profile:

• A completed MBO education;

• Well-developed analytical skills and a good understanding of finance;

• Available and living in the Waalwijk area.
