Flex Service Advisor

For Van Mossel Autoschade, we are looking for Flex Service Advisors for various regions in the Netherlands. You will not have a fixed location, but will support various Van Mossel Autoschade branches within your region.

Is it extra busy somewhere, is a colleague temporarily unavailable, or can a branch simply use some extra help? That is when you step in.

As a Service Advisor, you are an important link between the customer and the workshop. You ensure that everything is well-arranged before and during the repair, so that your colleagues in the workshop can continue their work and the customer knows what to expect.

You schedule appointments, receive customers, and record the damage. You arrange replacement transport, keep the files tidy, and meanwhile monitor the planning and progress.

At our branches, we work with a damage photo booth, among other things. With this, you capture the vehicle damage accurately and ensure that all information is available for the further repair process.

Essentially, you are the one who ensures that everything behind the scenes is correct. An indispensable role at our branches.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Scheduling and receiving customers;

• Recording and documenting damage;

• Ensuring the planning is correct and the workshop can continue;

• Arranging replacement transport;

• Maintaining damage files;

• Maintaining contact with customers and colleagues regarding progress.

For this position, you do not necessarily need years of experience in automotive damage. More important is that you find your way quickly, can organize well, and easily make contact with different people.

• You have experience in a service-oriented role;

• Experience within automotive is a plus, but not a must;

• You work accurately and easily maintain an overview;

• You can plan and organize well;

• You remain calm when it gets busy;

• You enjoy supporting different teams and branches;

• You are flexibly deployable within your region;

• You have a B driver's license.
