Service Center Work Preparer

• A completed mbo or hbo degree in Civil Engineering or Building Construction.

• You have 3 - 5 years of experience as a work preparer at a construction company or contractor.

• Preferably experience in maintenance and renovation, and particularly in utility construction (schools, offices, etc.)

• The salary for this position is between € 4,291.- and € 5,364.- gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• 43 vacation days with the possibility to have 13 of them paid out.

As a work preparer at Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Hengelo, you will work in the Small-scale Construction department and work within a permanent team. Working with this team under the leadership of a project manager, you will be responsible for a number of projects, particularly in the Twente region.

As a work preparer, you bring all parties together and ensure that the project runs smoothly. Collaborating with different parties is therefore something you enjoy very much. As the director of the project, you are the right hand of the project manager. You ensure that all disciplines (architectural, structural, and installations) are coordinated and prepare the schedules and drawings for the execution team. Additionally, you handle procurement preparation and monitor the financial progress of the project. You are also the point of contact for the client.
