Service & Maintenance Planner

Gabriëls Elektro in Veghel has been a trusted name in electrical engineering since 1989. What once began as a two-person company has since grown into a successful installer with 50 enthusiastic colleagues.

We realize installations in the fields of electrical engineering, KNX/domotics, lighting, and data. Additionally, we provide alarm installations (fire and burglary), CCTV, and telecom installations.

To shape our further growth, we are looking for a Service & Maintenance Planner to ensure that activities are well-prepared, technicians have the correct information and materials, and the administration is in order.

As a Service & Maintenance Planner, you are responsible, together with your team consisting of one planner and 5 to 6 service technicians, for the successful execution of our service and maintenance activities.

You draw up the service, maintenance, and breakdown planning and ensure that this aligns well with the available capacity. You order materials and ensure that everything is available on time. You also ensure correct and complete project administration in Syntess.

Additionally, you support the Project Leader in financial and administrative areas. For example, you prepare invoices, request quotes, and maintain contact with suppliers regarding prices, delivery times, and orders.

Throughout the day, you have a lot of contact with the service technicians and ensure that they have the right information, materials, and tools to perform their work well.

In short: you ensure everything is correct behind the scenes, so that our service technicians can do their job well in the field.

You have demonstrable work experience within electrical engineering (preferably within service and maintenance) and possess at least an MBO level 4 working and thinking level.

You maintain an overview, can prioritize well, and remain calm when multiple things are happening at once. Additionally, you are a strong communicator and know how to switch easily between suppliers, colleagues, and service technicians.
