What are you going to do?
For our Volvo branch of Van Mossel Mijdrecht, we are looking for a workshop manager. In this position, in consultation with the service advisors, you will manage the workshop and step in where necessary. You are responsible for the planning and the division of tasks within the team of 4 mechanics. You guide and motivate colleagues in the workshop and ensure a safe working environment. What your tasks and responsibilities will include, among other things, is:
What you'll do
Leading the team in the workshop;
Ultimately responsible for the quality of the work performed;
Advising on improving quality and efficiency;
Communication with the importer regarding technical matters.
Requirements
Who are you?
For this position, we are looking for someone who possesses knowledge and experience in the automotive sector, preferably from their studies or certificates. Through your knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment, you can motivate a team and guide individual employees in their development. Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
Completed education in automotive technology;
Good communication skills;
Full-time availability.
