Lead Technician

That is why we are looking for an experienced foreman who is not only technically strong but also gets energy from guiding and developing colleagues.

As a Lead Technician, you are responsible for the quality of our installations and for the guidance of the technician team. You work on-site, support technicians with technical issues, and ensure that everyone can work safely, efficiently, and with pleasure. You work partly outdoors and partly indoors.

• The daily management, guidance, and coaching of technicians

• The practical training of new colleagues and junior technicians

• Monitoring quality, safety, and an efficient execution of activities

• The installation of central heating boilers, split heat pumps, and monobloc heat pumps for private customers

• Reviewing installations in advance, guidance on jobs, ensuring good tools and the right materials

• The improvement of processes, collaboration, and installation methods

• Thinking along about how we can install smarter, faster, and better

What do you bring?

• Extensive experience within installation technology

• Experience with central heating boilers and preferably also heat pumps

• Experience with managing or guiding colleagues

• Technical knowledge combined with a practical attitude

• Strong communication skills and natural leadership

• You work in a structured manner, maintain an overview, and switch tasks easily

• You enjoy making people better at their craft

• You are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented

• A salary (based on full time) between €3539 and €4912 per month depending on your education and experience level
