As Breakdown Planner you play an important role in ensuring our breakdown services run smoothly. You support the Technical Service Manager in coordinating breakdown reports and managing a team of 3 to 14 breakdown technicians. Thanks to your overview, communication skills, and organizational talent, both customers and technicians always know where they stand.
