• You ride an electric cargo bike to customers.

• You investigate where a malfunction or blockage is located.

• You solve problems using special tools, such as camera inspections.

• You perform maintenance and cleaning tasks if necessary.

• You kindly explain to customers what you have done and how they can prevent problems in the future.
