interim Red Team Planner/ Coördinator

The team you will join
Our Red Team consists of 15 ethical hackers with expertise in adversary simulation, social engineering, Active Directory and Entra ID, malware and tooling development, cloud, application security, reverse engineering, and exploitation. We challenge each other, share techniques openly, and combine the right skills for each operation.

You will also work closely with our specialists from Threat Intelligence, Blue Team, Reverse Engineering, and CERT. Insights from real incidents and current threats help us build credible scenarios. Through purple teaming, we turn every exercise into practical improvements for our clients.

To ensure that work runs smoothly, we are looking for someone to keep the team's planning in order.

What you will do

• You are the central point of contact for the sales team when planning projects.

• You manage and optimize the Red Team's schedule, based on the availability and capacities of the team members.

• You ensure the team remains operational during sickness, unexpected planning changes, and other disruptions.

• You support the Red Team manager in devising and implementing operational improvements.

• You speak and write Dutch and English.

• You interact with clients in a pleasant and professional manner.

• You maintain an overview, even when the schedule suddenly changes.

Handy, but not necessary

• Knowledge of penetration testing

• Experience with Jira

Practical

• Commitment: half working days, 4 or 5 days per week

• Start: preferably early December

• Duration: through May
