The role

25-40 hours, Hoofddorp

Are you looking for a dynamic role in which you ensure daily that all facilities for our pilots are well arranged and you play an important role in ensuring our flight operations run smoothly? And do you want to help provide our passengers and colleagues with a truly good journey? Then we are looking for you as a Crew Facility Planner at Transavia.

What you'll do

In your new job as a Crew Facility Planner at Transavia, you are responsible for planning, requesting, and coordinating the facilities for our crew members. The crew is regularly on the road and often stays at different locations. It is your task to organize hotel accommodations and transfers timely and correctly. In doing so, you take the production planning and crew schedules into account, where your eye for detail will come in handy.

Additionally, you book and manage crew duty tickets. It is a challenge for you to arrange these provisions as cost-efficiently as possible, obviously within the applicable collective labor agreement (CAO) agreements. Does the crew need a visa or do meals need to be provided? You also coordinate these requests and ensure that both the crew and the departments involved have the correct information in a timely manner.

Within these activities, you have contact with various departments, hotels, taxi companies, ground handlers, and airlines. This makes the position versatile and varied. The English language is also no unfamiliar territory for you, as many of these contacts are located abroad.

What will you do?

  • Providing the handover to the Control Planners;

  • Checking the administration and following up on signals;

  • Creating reports for Crew Facilities.

As a Crew Facility Planner, you will work at the Transavia office in Hoofddorp. You work based on a rotating roster, meaning you work both during the week and on weekends. The working hours are from 09:00 to 17:00.

Hiring process

  • Upload your motivation and CV via the application button;

  • After 2 weeks, you will hear if we invite you for an interview;

  • The procedure consists of 2 interviews;

  • Is it a match from both sides? And do you pass the screening for (aviation) safety requirements? Welcome on board!

Do you have questions about this vacancy? Please contact recruitment@transavia.com. We look forward to getting in touch with you!

Agencies: Thank you, but we prefer to recruit our new colleagues ourselves.
