You want to learn the profession of Emergency Response (BHV) consultant in practice, not just on paper. As a Junior Emergency Response Consultant at Inprevo, you will visit a wide variety of clients: from offices to healthcare institutions. You will create evacuation plans and conduct evacuation drills, learning the profession step by step so that you can grow into an independent advisory role.
You will focus primarily on conducting evacuation drills and creating evacuation plans for clients throughout the Netherlands. In the beginning, you will shadow experienced colleagues and gradually receive more individual assignments and responsibility. You will work from the Houten or Rotterdam location and will regularly be on-site at client locations.
Conducting evacuation drills and guiding clients through them;
Creating evacuation plans that align with the client's situation;
Shadowing and learning from experienced consultants during more complex assignments;
Contributing to clear reporting of findings to clients.
You will work within the Consultancy team and build your work week together with your mentor. You will work alternatively at client locations, from home, or at one of our offices.
From day one, you will see what your work contributes to the safety of people in the workplace. You will learn the profession in practice, with guidance that suits you, and will have plenty of room to grow into an independent role as an Emergency Response Consultant. The culture is informal yet professional: we trust each other, help each other, and strive for quality without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Are you enthusiastic already? Feel free to apply! After your application, we will start with an introduction to the team leader and/or a senior colleague. This will be followed by a shadowing day where you will get to know the work and your future colleagues. You enthusiastic and so are we? Then you will receive an offer from us and we will gladly welcome you as a colleague!
Do you have a question first, want more information, or would you prefer to shadow for a day first to get a good impression of the work and the organization before you apply? That is also possible; feel free to contact Thijs van der Weijde with your questions or to schedule an appointment. He can be reached via email t.vanderweijde@thesafetynetwork.nl or call 06-22857412.
